Bei diesem Projekt werden Vorträge für die Eltern von Kindergarten- und Volksschulkindern angeboten. In den 3 verschiedenen Vorträgen geht es um die Themen gesunde Jause, tradtionelle, einfache Spiele ohne viel Materialaufwand und Motivationstipps - was kann man tun, wenn ein Kind Sport nicht mag? Wie kann man ihm zeigen, dass Bewegung Spaß macht? Zusätzlich gibt es zu den ersten beiden Themen Workshops für die Kinder.
Die Personen, die den Charakter von Kindern am meisten prägen, für das Problem des immer mehr zunehmenden Bewegungsmangel und dem Hang zu Fastfood zu sensibilisieren.
